ProScore Methodology

How ProScore works
Every one of the 40+ platforms in our comparison is scored using ProScore, our weighted evaluation framework built on three pillars:

๐Ÿ“ˆ

Popularity

How widely and actively the platform is used by real estate agents and teams today, based on usage data, agent survey volume, market share signals.

โญ

Reputation

How the platform performs in the eyes of the agents who use it.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ

Features

How complete the platform is against what a modern lead-gen stack needs (lead capture, CRM, automated follow-up, IDX websites, reporting, and support), evaluated hands-on by our research team, including direct conversations with each company about their roadmap and pricing.

How we calculate your match

ProScore isn’t just a static ranking. When you answer team size, budget, whether you already have a CRM, and your ZIP code, we weight the Popularity, Reputation, and Feature scores against your specific answers to produce a personalized fit score โ€” the percentage you see next to your top match. A platform that scores well overall might still be a poor fit for a solo agent if it’s built for large teams, and vice versa.
